On March 18, 2026, Binance and Binance Wallet announced the launch and expansion of a comprehensive suite of AI Agent Skills, empowering any AI Agent with Binance-grade market intelligence, trading infrastructure, asset management, and security capabilities.

New AI Agent Skills Announced:

  1. Derivatives Trading Skill: AI agents can now access Binance futures and derivatives markets programmatically, enabling automated hedging strategies, leveraged positions, and complex derivatives workflows without human intervention.

  2. Margin Trading Skill: Enables AI agents to execute margin trades with integrated risk management, borrowing, and position management through a unified API interface.

  3. Comprehensive Market Data via Binance Alpha: AI agents gain access to enriched market analytics, real-time price feeds, order book depth, and trading signals across all Binance-listed assets and markets.

  4. Advanced Asset Management: Portfolio rebalancing, cross-asset allocation, and multi-wallet management capabilities designed specifically for autonomous agent operation.

According to SB Seker, Head of APAC at Binance, the development marks a fundamental shift from AI being a passive analytical tool to an active market participant. This is described as paving the way for innovative, AI-driven fintech applications in the financial sector.

The Skills are designed as a unified interface that integrates deeper trading infrastructure and enriched market analytics across Binance platforms. Any AI Agent — regardless of the underlying framework — can access these capabilities through standardized APIs.

This follows Binance initial AI Agent Skills launch and represents a significant expansion of agent-accessible financial infrastructure. The move positions Binance as one of the first major centralized exchanges to provide comprehensive trading APIs specifically designed for autonomous AI agent consumption, going beyond traditional bot APIs to include intent-aware, context-rich interfaces.

The announcement comes amid growing competition in the AI-agent-enabled crypto trading space, with Bitget launching its GetClaw agent platform and OKX introducing multiple AI Skills. The race to become the preferred exchange infrastructure for AI trading agents is intensifying rapidly.
