Frequently asked questions
How does the credit system work?
Top up your credit via card (min. 500 CZK). Your running VPS (daily) and consumed AI tokens (on-the-go) are automatically deducted. You can always see your current balance.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes. You can stop an instance and create a new one with a different plan at any time. You're only charged for the days your instance is actually running.
What happens if I run out of credit?
We'll notify you when your balance is low. If it drops below zero, instances will be automatically paused. Your data will be preserved.
Where do my instances run?
All instances run on Google Cloud in Europe (Frankfurt). Your data never leaves the EU.
Which AI models can I use?
We support Claude 3.5 Haiku, Claude Sonnet 4, and Claude Opus 4. You can switch between them anytime.
